Childrens Diary
This book has been developed by two psychologists Anna Goldbart and Shelly Zantkeren. It is used to help children to recognise and develop their feelings.
With the ‘Mood Diary’ children can record an everyday mood by drawing an expression in an empty face, then mark the intensity of the feeling on a thermometer. On the opposite page they can write details about the day. Once completed, this sketchbook turns into a fantastic flipbook, allowing a child to watch the “animation” of his changing moods in bright popping colours.
